About ISO Research

ISO Research is a multimodal biological analysis platform built around a healthy reference atlas. It evaluates how far an uploaded sample deviates from expected healthy biology, summarizes those deviations through pathways and curated disease-pattern resemblance, and provides separate review modules for chromatin accessibility and protein structure confidence. The current version includes a lightweight latent-space layer, local account support, OAuth scaffolding for Google and X, and a persistent navigation shell designed for a product-style experience.
